I'm Jay Tripp, founder and fractional CFO of ClinicAxis CFO.
For more than 14 years, I've led finance and accounting work inside physician practices, MSOs, and larger healthcare organizations. That experience taught me that you can't understand a medical practice by looking at financial statements alone. You have to connect the numbers to billing, collections, provider performance, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
That's why I started ClinicAxis CFO.
